How to Arouse Passion Back

Have you ever felt the loss of passion? Not passion "that", but passion for life as a whole. Low energy, sluggish, and lazy to do anything. Both in his work, business, or other life. If left unchecked this could be dangerous, because your achievements will go down, performance will be ugly, and definitely stay away from success. In fact, the cause may be trivial, it's just often not known. How do I fix this?

Here are seven tips that may help you to arouse again.
1: Do Something Different
Start by making one or two simple changes in your day. Whether it's at breakfast time, your radio station, gym routine, route to work, lunch, etc.. Doing things differently or change part of your routine, immediately takes you out of the norm and allow you to get rid of the things that make you feel limited.

2: Build Creativity Attitude
Creativity is the core of passion. Monotonous or "so-so alone" will make our lives boring. You need something new and exciting excite you. Hence arose the creative attitude within you. Here are some tips to enhance the creative attitude:
  • Think open. Do not rush to say strange, impossible, or silly. Try saying "why not?" To novelty.
  • Make wild allegations. You can play guessing games, even without a friend. For example look at a product in a supermarket. Guess the price of the lot, then approach and see the actual price. It's fun and train your thinking acumen.
  • Try doing a more in-depth observation of something, even something familiar. Try to see your phone, observe more in-depth as you would describe it as thick as a mobile encyclopedia.

3: A Note the intake to the body, mind, emotions, and spiritual.
Often the lack of passion due to lack of intake to one or more of the four things above. Check back on your food nutrition. Do you provide fodder for your thoughts? Do you pay attention to your emotional situation? Positive or negative emotions? More importantly, what about your spiritual? What about your teaching, your recitations, your meditation, you tadabur, and other devotions?

If you find deficiencies, then complete.
